Boogie has be easy since day one. He is stout, to say the least, but has all the athleticism to move like a smaller horse. 

This gelding is by PG GUNPOWDER, who has sired multiple world and reserve champions in multiple disciplines. Boogie is a half sibling to Hunter Herrin's GUNPOWDER SPOOKSTER, who was a world champion and has helped Hunter make it to the National Finals Rodeo. 

In the three years that we have had him, there's never been a bad day. This gelding is about as straight forward as they get. We took the time to build a strong foundation that has served him well in any task we throw at him. He's easy to rope on and very consistent. Boogie has been hauled to a few open rodeos, jackpots and Quarter Horse Shows in the tie-down roping. He's started on the head side at the house and is showing lots of promise. 

He's the go-to for ranch work, he's always dependable and easy to ride. This has been one of our all-time favorites.  He's the first to greet you at the barn and is happy to go to work, whatever that might be.
